Consolidated CMI dispersions are formulated for tinting aqueous trade sales paints and industrial coating. They are compatible with most water-based emulsions and resins used in flat, eggshell, semi-gloss and gloss paints. The zero voc level enables the paint formulator to meet current regulations. Provides the color formulator the ability to produce highly infrared reflecting colors including black, dark browns, blues and greens. CMI Dispersions are surfactant free. The pigment dispersant is a high molecular weight copolymer that has been chosen for optimum exterior durability.

The pigments used in CMI dispersions are the most heat-stable, light stable, weatherable and chemically resistant in existence. These pigments additionally possess the property of being highly reflective in the infrared region of the spectrum. The property allows these pigments when used in a properly formulated coating to reflect heat energy, thereby lowering the surface temperature.
